Free Shipping on ALL Orders

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), or internationally at this time.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, the shipment is in the care of our carrier. If your package appears lost or missing, please contact us at info@apitor.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

1. How long does delivery take and how will my delivery be shipped?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days are typically processed the same day. Our standard shipping time frame is 3-5 business days. Orders to rural areas will take an additional 3 business days. We chose the best carriers for our customers to ship out Apitor products. Items not in stock when you place your order will ship as soon as they become available. In rare cases, additional verification may be required for your order, which could slightly delay processing — we will contact you directly if this applies. You'll be sent a tracking number when your order ships. We do our best to estimate shipping dates based on info from our carriers. If your area is experiencing severe weather, natural disasters, or other unscheduled events, it may take longer for your order to arrive.

2. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

3. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route, but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.

- Orders placed during the weekend will be fulfilled on the following Monday.
- Orders are processed promptly unless during significant promotional events or the holidays.
