Refund policy
For most products purchased from Apitor Official Store (https://shop.apitor.com/), our Return and Exchange Policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product for any reason, with certain exceptions.
Apitor Official Store will offer you an exchange if there are any quality issues within 14 days of receiving the product. We will refund you if there is no exchange unit available.
Return Conditions
The product returned should maintain its original quality and function, and the product itself, original packaging, blocks, motors, instructions, etc., should be complete and intact without any human damage, to avoid affecting secondary sale. Apitor will only refund the full price of the product we received.
We have the right to refuse your return or exchange request under the following circumstances:
· Products that were not purchased from Apitor Official Store (https://shop.apitor.com/), or products with no corresponding order number found in the Apitor system.
· Return or exchange requests submitted beyond 14 days of receiving the product, or products not shipped for return within 14 days after being approved by Apitor Official Store.
· Incomplete returns, including missing items from the original factory packaging such as the product itself, packaging, blocks, control module or other components, or if the product has been damaged due to human causes.
· Products damaged due to force majeure factors including but not limited to fire, flood, lightning, and traffic accidents.
· Other circumstances stipulated by applicable laws and this policy.
Return Shipping
For returns due to quality issues or defects, Apitor will cover the return shipping cost. For returns for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@apitor.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
How do I return an item?
1. Please reach out to our info@apitor.com team to initiate the return process. Please state your reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
2. Apitor Support will share the corresponding return address with you within 1 business day.
3. To ensure your refund is processed in a timely manner, please send a return notification to Apitor Support with the following information: name of the courier and tracking number.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same payment method as your original order. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days.
Haven't received your refund?
If you haven't received your refund, please first check your bank account or payment method. Processing times may vary by provider. If you still have not received it after 10 business days, please contact us at info@apitor.com.
Replacement Parts
If any parts are found to be missing from the package, please contact us at info@apitor.com and we will arrange the necessary replacements for you.
Warranty Policy
The main control unit is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. If you need warranty service, please email your proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) to info@apitor.com. We will assist you promptly.
